½ Ripe avocado
1 large Frozen banana
1 Kiwi fruit
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
5 small Mint leaves
1 teaspoon Coconut nectar (optional)
¼ teaspoon Green powder
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1/3 cup Almond milk
1 tablespoon Goji berries
1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon Roughly chopped pistachios
1 slice Lime and mint leaves to garnish.
1. Add all ingredients except the toppings to a powerful blender and blend until you get a soft, creamy mixture that is like ice-cream or mousse. You may need to add a little more almond milk.
2. Spoon mousse into a pretty bowl and top evenly with the toppings ingredients.
