Ice Creams and Sorbets, Smoothies

Ingredients:
2 apples, chopped
1/4 cup parsley
1 tray of ice cubes
1/4 – 1/2 cuo goji berries
1/8 tsp. stevia powder (more to taste)
4 drops blueberry essence
1 tsp. maca powder
1 TBS soy lecithin
6 – 8 TBS lemon or lime juice
Method:
1. Blend on high in a Vitamix until smooth. Use plunger to get it smooth.
2. Sprinkle top with more goji berries if desired.
3. Serve immediately.
